UO Auctions.net is an unofficial player-run auction site for listing, watching, bidding on, and coordinating delivery of Ultima Online in-game items. By using the site, you agree to use it honestly, keep your account secure, and follow these terms.
You are responsible for your account, your site password, and your plugin listing password. The plugin listing password exists so you do not need to enter your main site password into the listing app. Do not share either password with other people.
Listings must describe the in-game item being offered. Bids are made in in-game gold, not cash. The site may use automatic bid handling, reserve prices, watch lists, bid history, feedback, and buyer/seller messaging to manage auctions.
When you list an item, any listing fee paid in Free Tokens or Gems is not refunded when you delete, cancel, relist, or fail to complete the listing unless the site owner chooses otherwise.
Free Tokens are replenished according to the site's current account rules and are spent before Gems. Gems may be granted after a donation through the site's payment provider. Gems and Free Tokens are site credits only. They have no cash value, are not a bank account, are not transferable unless the site explicitly supports it, and are not redeemable for money.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging safe in-game delivery. UO Auctions.net can provide messaging, Discord notifications, delivery status, and feedback tools, but it cannot guarantee that another player will complete a trade. Feedback may be held double blind until both parties submit feedback.
You may opt in or out of many email and Discord notifications from your account settings. Discord delivery depends on Discord account linking, Discord's systems, and whether your account can receive messages from the bot.
Do not abuse the site, attack other users, submit misleading listings, interfere with bidding, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the site for real-money trading of in-game items. The site owner may remove listings, disable accounts, or block access when needed to protect the site and its users.
UO Auctions.net is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the owners or publishers of Ultima Online. Game names, shard names, item names, and related marks belong to their respective owners.
These terms may be updated as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
